How does Omni Laser ensure product quality?

Omni Laser follow ISO13485 product management system, we will do following actions to ensure product quality.

1. Know all standards and risks before designning products

2. Choose qualified spare parts during researching.

3. Examine all raw material strictly.

4. Assembly spare parts followed the SOP strictly and sign the worker's name and examine each process and sign the examiner's name during producing 

5. Aging 

6. Safety Testing and Performance Testing, Pass to Packaging, NG to return to assembling part.

7. QC managment Meeting will summarize and perfect and product quality every month

How long is the production time for aesthetic equipment?

The production time is within 7 working days for the standard products, negotiated is necessary for the OEM and ODM order.

Does Omni Laser provide technical training and after-sales support?

Yes，As a medical aesthetic manufacture, Omni Laser can provide operation training and technical training, welcome all distributors to send operator or technician to be trained in our company or we can do video meeting training if scene trainging is not available. All machine can be got the whole life maintenance. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept TT and Alipay payment.

What is your shipping terms?
